Return Policy:

We appreciate your purchase, thank you for shopping with us at HipHipMahjong! We aim to offer you the highest quality products and superb customer service.

After placing an order, we are unable to issue any refunds, this includes all presale orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges for products. We carefully package and handle your orders to ensure they arrive in mint condition. 


Lost and Damaged Products:

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days and will work with you to file a claim with USPS. Depending on what USPS determines we will work with you for resolution. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 4 days of receiving your order. To resolve the issue, please provide detailed information about the damage, along with supporting photographs. The products must be in all original packing including wrapping, including all accessories and promotional materials. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the original items are not in original packaging. 


Refunds and Processing:

If your order qualifies for a refund, we will process it as quickly as we can. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to clear your account, as it can vary depending on the payment provider.

Preorder:

Once a preorder is placed, we cannot exchange for other products or refund your order, even if there are delays from the manufacturer and the product ships out later than our scheduled time.
